Message	it really doesn't matter to a cop that just doesn't like you. He'll give you a big headache if he feels like it. The unfortunate side to it is just that he's in too much control. If you were here in Ontario, Canada, I'm sure you would gasp at the most recent, "stunt driving" Highway traffic act. One of the most prominent parts is that a police officer has the right to impound a vehicle for a week if it is caught doing 50KM/H (31MPH) over the speed limit. Sure, it's not right to speed in such an excessive manner, but it's ridiculous when the whole intention was to catch street racers and all they're catching are soccer moms in their brand new minivans. But that's somewhat unrelated to this conversation.
